  other kids his or her age playing outside?  This outside walking group helps learning about real life,
 staying healthy, and increasing their self-control and
self-esteem 

The Santa Margarita Solutions Center suggests the
Kids Walking Club


Your child can meet the group at the center after school, then they go to a park, beach, or trail for a walk with other kids his or her age.  While we walk, we will discuss their behavior management issues in their own words and it turns into a wonderful learning experience for them.

This is also a positive addition to any tutoring you may have them in because both sides of the brain will be working to help each other.
